Watch: Brothers from Bristol cover house in 50,000 Christmas lights to raise money for charity
Two brothers have again created one of Britain’s most festive Christmas homes.
Builders Lee and Paul Brailsford have spent 27 years turning their mum Rosemary’s house in Bristol into an idyllic winter wonderland.
This year’s display includes 50,000 lights as well as life-size Santas, snowmen, rope-light shapes, trains, elves and a large reindeer family in the garden.
A switch-on took place on Thursday at the family home in Brentry and it will be lit up every night through Christmas for charity.

Recognised as one of UK’s largest private Christmas lights display, it takes six weeks to carefully piece it together.
