Harris Hill Commons project approved [Video]

The Clarence Planning Board has approved the proposed $20 million Harris Hill Commons project. According to Business First, the Harris Hill Commons will consist of eight mixed-use, two-story buildings. Those buildings will each have first floor street-level office or retail space and apartments on the second floor. Also planned are 23 townhouse units The project will be done over several phases.

Marrano Homes presented two checks totaling $300,000 to the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Kaleida Health Foundation to benefit Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital last week. The funds were raised through Marrano’s 2022 “Raising the Roof” fundraising campaign,

Empire State Development has finished Phase I of construction at the historic Michigan Street Baptist Church in Buffalo.  Now underway is Phase II, which includes a two-story addition to further ensure the building’s structural integrity and address safety and programming needs at the church.
