Singer Lewis Capaldi has announced to fans that he has made the “difficult” decision to cancel all his upcoming live dates to focus on his mental health and make sure he’s “at his best” for his performance at the iconic Glastonbury festival scheduled for June 24.

“It’s been such an incredible time leading into this new album, and seeing all the support from everyone has been beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of.,” Capaldi said in a lengthy explanation shared on social media, while acknowledging he has been “full on” both mentally and physically the last few months and is in need of some rest and relaxation before taking the Glastonbury stage later this month.
