One of the biggest concerns when folks switchover to the new pages experience is having some issues with the invite button. Where folks are actually being prompted to invite people that have already liked their page, like there’s certain that they’re already liked and followed at this school’s page. From Meta Business Suite, you can go into your Notifications on your desktop. And you can see that what Facebook does is, it prompts you to say, “Hey, you can actually grow your audience by inviting people who’ve already interacted with your post to like your page.” We’ve previously told you, you could go in in each and every single post and separately look for those who haven’t yet liked your page. It consolidates everything together, and it allows you to do it from one spot. But what people are saying, and we have certainly experienced it and you will see it here, it’s saying that we have over a hundred people that have reacted to our post that we haven’t yet invited. And when we scan these, we’ll see that there’s people on this list that we know have been invited already. You can certainly invite them again, we have done some tests in regards to this and people have not gotten a prompt if they already have liked their page. However, other people, including myself, have done this test and I got invited to like one of the pages that I manage already and have certainly liked, and I still got an invitation. Now, they’ll just get a prompt once, they can ignore it. But I did wanna let you know of this little issue. I also wanna show you how to access this easily through the Business Suite app on your phone. Now I’m on my phone, and I’m gonna go to the Business Suite app down here. Once I open that up, it comes up to my home screen for my page. And when I scroll to the bottom, you are gonna see a spot, as long as there are people to invite, you’re going to see this Post reactions and it’s gonna say Send invites, and it says 217. You guys, we keep up with this daily, so we know we wouldn’t have missed that many people. But I just wanna show you that you are able to invite them from here, but you’re likely going to see a large surge in who you should invite because Facebook has somehow done a glitch with this new pages experience upgrade. Again, you can feel free to select these. I would never hit Select all right here because you’ll try to send those invites and it’ll error out. We found it best to try to grab about six or seven at a time and invite those individually. So I hope this tip helps, but it is something that we have had an issue with.
