The Loveland Stage Company has a noise problem and you can help do something about it! [Video]

Loveland, Ohio – You can help the Loveland Stage Company win up to $100,000 for a capital improvement to their HVAC system. The Gannet Foundation is teaming up with A Community Thrives and MightyCause.com to sponsor a four-week fundraising campaign. 

As a small non-profit, LSC needs to raise at least $3000 to qualify to win the $100,000 grant.

Their HVAC system is now on life support with ongoing fixes and repairs ($3,000 in 2020) needed to keep it running. The rooftop unit currently resides directly over the audience area creating distracting noises when the system runs; they’re targeting a new location for the replacement unit to eliminate this problem. Relocation also opens other possibilities for improvement of the 1939-vintage theater building, such as installing a catwalk to provide a safer work environment for volunteers who currently use tall ladders to reach rafter-level sound and lighting equipment.
