It’s AAPI Heritage Month and LionDanceME hosted an exhilarating showcase of culture, unity, art and tradition at their 1st Ever Inter-High School Lion Dance Competition! This event took place on the streets of Chinatown on Grant Ave (between Sacramento & Clay St.) on May 14th 2022.
This amazing event featured students from 6 major high schools in San Francisco competing in the art of lion dance to showcase unity, teamwork, & the skill it take be the greatest lion dancer.
