Parade of Lights event returns, giving back in spirit of the holiday season [Video]

Camp Hill’s award-winning “Parade of Lights for Toys for Tots” event makes its return to Siebert Park this year to kick-off the holiday season.

Dec. 1 was opening night for this year’s event as several Christmas light decorations were spread throughout the property for visitors to view in awe.

This is the third annual event for Camp Hill, offering a drive-thru experience that helps give to a good cause in the spirit of the Christmas season. Visitors were asked to bring unwrapped toys or cash donations as a form of entry.

Several U.S. Marines and other volunteers were present to help collect toys donated at the entrance.

Major Christopher Kenney, a U.S. Marine volunteer. says it’s a special opportunity to be a part of events like these, bringing joy to hundreds of children in central Pa.

WCK Celebration of Life at Washington National Cathedral [Video]

World Central Kitchen held an interfaith Celebration of Life to honor our heroes killed in Gaza. The memorial service was held at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 25.
