In 2021, we invented the world’s most advanced new ZARIF technology for forming a double thread chain stitch using a rotary looper for high-quality sewing of various materials and their combinations using a single-line thread seam by improving our ZARIF double thread chain stitch technology from 1994, for which US Patent No. 6095069 was issued in 2000.

Before our invention, mankind for about a century and a half, that is, since the invention of the first sewing machine, it was not possible to invent the most advanced technology for forming a stitch for high-quality sewing of various materials and their combinations using a single-line thread seam.

Since, invented by mankind in the 19th century, all technologies for forming a lockstitch of type 301 and a double thread chain stitch of type 401, where the looper carries the bottom thread, and currently used for sewing with a single-line thread seam, have quite a lot of disadvantages that cannot be eliminated, no matter how much they will develop in the future.

Our new ZARIF double thread chain stitch technology from 2021 has made the following disruptive in sewing various materials with the new double thread chain stitch type 401, where the loop of the top thread and the loop of the bottom thread are rotated 180 degrees:

1. High-quality sewing of various materials and their combinations with a thickness of up to 8 mm with a needle bar stroke length of 32 mm, without adjusting the normal tension of the threads.

2. Sewing the materials without skipping a stitch, without breaking threads, without breaking the needle and without deforming the needle tip.

3. Tight and very tight join of various materials and their combinations using a normal new double thread chain stitch type 401.

4. Smooth seam on light and ultralight materials and elastic seam on elastic materials using elastic new double thread chain stitch type 401.

5. Reliable tacking of the end of the chain seam condensation of stitches with a stitch length of 0.5 mm.

6. An ordinary needle with one long groove is used, that is, a needle used in lockstitch forming technologies is used.

7. There is no adjustment of the needle bar when changing the thickness of the stitched materials, since the height of the needle lifting from the lowest position has a constant value for all types of materials up to 8 mm thick.

8. When switching from needle Nm. 130/21 to needle Nm. 60/8, the looper is not adjusted relative to the needle, since the maximum allowable gap between the looper point and the needle is 0.5 mm.

9. High reliability of stitch formation without the use of left and right needle guards.
