Coming back from this trip reminded me how grateful I am for this life! This was my first time in Hawaii, and it truly is a magical place. My boyfriend and I are lucky to both work remote jobs, so it’s easy for us to travel somewhere for an extended period of time without having to use our vacation days. This time, we flew to O‘ahu to stay for a whole week, but we couldn’t have done it without our great friend, Chris! Chris (who now lives in D.C.) was born and raised on the island and was back visiting his family and friends for a couple months. He so generously invited us out there and offered for us to stay with him all week. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us the most amazing and beautiful parts of Honolulu and all the surrounding areas. So thank you so much, Chris, for sharing your home with a couple travelers and giving us the warmest welcome. Enjoy this quick recap of all our adventures 🙂
