A Hull man was shocked when he saw a woman taking clothes out of a Salvation Army bin at St Stephen’s in Hull.
He filmed her fishing through the bin with a metal rod and pulling out some clothes and a black bag containing donations. Another woman, with a baby in a pram stood with her, while the other took items out.
In the video, a female passer-by could be seen approaching them as they briefly exchanged words, but the woman continued to take items out. The man who filmed the video said: “I think it’s a disgrace as it is stealing from charity, no different to walking into a shop and stealing.
