CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Police in Cedar Rapids are asking drivers to remain at home on Monday after a series of crashes on I-380.
In a Facebook post, police said they have responded to 18 crashes on I-380 alone on Monday morning, and travel on the interstate is not advised at this time.
Officers also said other roads are in similar, impassable condition.
