After 3 years of lockdown in Hong Kong, me and my boyfriend decided to travel without return tickets. Our first real stop – Bali and we went there to participate a 200hr Yoga teacher training. We never really practice yoga regularly but we are very fascinated about the spiritual and philosophy of meditation / yoga, that’s why I signed us up. We had been through a lot and we almost broke up after 3.5 years of relationship during this travelling. I personally have grown a lot and transformed so much that I couldn’t imagine. This vlog is not a usual YTT vlog but our real journey inside out. Hope it also inspires you to do what your heart told you and be a better you everyday!
