Fundraising For Cancer Patient
Jack is taking on a HUGE challenge across the heart of Africa. Moving over 1000km through Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. Through each country Jack will be fundraising for a specific cause. 🇿🇼 Through Zimbabwe Jack will travel through the whole of the Hwange National Park until he reaches Victoria Falls. He will be doing this on foot, via mountain bike and even horse riding! Along the journey Jack will encounter all the wildlife you could imagine, he will visit local villagers and at times run alongside the Cobra Team. 🇿🇲 When Jack arrives at Victoria falls he will cross straight into Zambia and run a marathon to Royal Chundu. Here he will climb the famous Baobab Trees for 24 hours! Once the challenge is complete he will jump onto a mountain bike and cross another border into Botswana. 🇧🇼 Time for some kayaking. When we say some we mean over 300km! Wild camping, living alongside Crocodiles and Hippos Jack will head south through Botswana until he reaches the border and the end of this epic journey.

A clip from ‘Nathan Dunne | Why I’m Attempting a RECORD BREAKING Barefoot Marathon | #46’ Watch the full episode here!https://youtu.be/YEUcl-DaPskNathan Dunne is a 28-year-old from the Wirral who will be attempting a 1,350 mile barefoot walk from John O’ Groats to Land’s End in just 52 days — a feat that will smash the current record of 1,295 miles in 104 days. Nathan will be raising money for Mind, a mental health charity very close to home for Nathan. This episode was quite the tear-jerker. Nathan opens up about suffering from PTSD from his abusive childhood, and how this lead to a blackout where he found himself standing on top of a railway bridge, flipping a coin to decide if he would end his life or not.Follow Nathan’s journey by staying tuned on his social media:https://www.instagram.com/walkamileinmyshoes22/ Mind Charity: https://www.instagram.com/mindcharity/Donate to Nathan’s Just Giving page for the MIND mental health charity here:https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/walkamileinmyshoes22?utm_source=sms&utm_medium=fundraising&utm_content=walkamileinmyshoes22&utm_campaign=pfp-sms&utm_term=da4b74e201ae41c3abba41bfba1628f0
