The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) has offered a grant writing workshop to assist community members in developing their grant writing skills. During this online session you’ll learn about: – Understanding the steps needed to successfully achieve project funding – Creating a realistic budget – Identifying factors that influence successful funding About the facilitator:Dr. Sonia Udod, RN, Ph.D., is an esteemed Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Manitoba.Dr. Udod has an active program of research on the role of nurse leader development important to the creation of high-quality health care workplaces, leading to quality nurse, patient, and organizational outcomes. Her teaching expertise includes leadership and management, and advanced qualitative methods. Dr. Udod was recently awarded the Professional Nursing Award of Excellence in Research in Manitoba, and received the Top Researcher in Socio-Health, New Investigator Establishment Grant Award, Saskatchewan Health Research Foundation.
