In this video I am presenting an idea which has come up that involves a multi billion dollar surplus inventory industry and the potential for it to help generate some cold hard fundraising cash for charities in need.In these covid19 and recessionary times there have been some harsh realities. Increases in poverty, hunger, homelessness, and much more! With this, there has also has been a double whammy, of rising cost and more demand for charities. All resulting in a serious decline in funding making it a constant struggling to keep pace with the demands and related needs.Also with this recession, consumer are spending less, resulting in a huge surplus in unsold inventories hitting the secondary markets. This surplus inventory is massive, some estimate over $700+ billion dollars in the US alone.So, I am presenting an idea which can potentially benefit both retailors selling off these bulk surplus loads, and the charities facing funding gaps. Through a simple utilization of fundraising integration, a percentage of the sales proceeds can be used to help fill the gap in charity funding. This can also been done through a simple online ecommerce integration. The retailor gains in the taxable receipt for funds donated and the charities can enjoy regular ongoing funding through massive industry leaders in the consumer products marketplaces.It’s not rocket science but a simple strategy that has great potential utilize existing sales infrastructure to benefit social impact and those in need during these tough times for many.I am working on this now and more!!Enjoy and take care,Tommy
