Fundraising to Support Children At the Pothawira Orphanage in Africa. [Video]

Hello guys! Thank you for watching this video. I just wanted to share with you the fundraising that I am doing this year to raise $5000 to support children at Pothawira orphanage in Malawi. The link to my donation page is below. A little bit about me. My name is Jimmy Sandram, I am the oldest of 4 children and was born in Malawi. My parents died when I was in 5th grade and life was hard for me because I did not have someone to look after me. As you can imagine living without Parents was a challenge for me. Unfortunately, my story is not unique, as so many young Malawians are facing a similar kind of tragedy where they lose their parents at an early age, with no one to really take care of them. By God’s Grace, I ended up at Pothawira Orphanage. I was able to have a place to stay, a mother to care for me and have a chance to attend school at Pothawira Academy through 8th and then high school at Beautiful Gate Academy, until 11th grade. Miraculously, through Pothawira, I got scholarship in 2018 to come to the United States of America to attend the rest of my high school and now college at Grand Canyon University. Because of what God has done in my life, I now feel a great responsibility to give the same opportunity to the ones I left behind in Malawi and Pothawira. I have decided to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa to raise $5,000 for Pothawira clinic, and Maternity Center, which provides access to good health care and safe childbirth for the community and for the children living at Pothawira. Children should not have to live without their parents. By providing access to good healthcare and safe childbirth, Pothawira is preventing the creation of more orphans. The children who live there have access to good healthcare and education so they can one day build their own homes, raise their families, send their children to school, and help further develop my home country of Malawi. The greatest resource that Malawi has is its people; so, help me be part of the change I want to see in Malawi. Here’s the link to my donation.https://pothawira.kindful.com/h4h2022/jimmy-sandram1Here’s the link to the Pothawira Orphanage https://www.pothawira.org/#fundraising #donation #orphan #africa #malawi #malawianyoutuber #support
