It’s back-to-school time in Oklahoma. Parents are getting school supplies. Teachers are making plans. and local school districts are gearing up.Oklahoma City Public Schools Superintendent Sean McDaniel joined KOCO 5 this week and told us how excited he is to welcome students back to class.”There’s a very positive vibe, a buzz,” McDaniel said on KOCO 5 News at 9 a.m. “I love first days of school. This is my 38th first day of school in the profession.”We also sat down with McDaniel and six other local superintendents to talk about the year ahead. They shared the challenges they’re preparing to face and their hope for this year.
