TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo School for the Arts is being awarded for their academic and artistic excellence once again.
The Arts School Network, a nonprofit association that provides support, networking and resources for art education institutions, will award TSA with a five-year designation as an “Exemplary school”. TSA has maintained this title for over a decade, originally earning the designation in 2011.
Three lucky teachers, Megan Aherne, Lucas Madrazo, and Morgan Ramsdell, will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada to receive the award on behalf of TSA. There, they will attend the Arts School Network 2022 National Conference to represent TSA, listen to keynote speakers, and meet other representatives of excellent arts schools.
In addition to artistic excellence, TSA has also been recognized for their academics. On Sept. 22, TSA was awarded the GreatSchools’ 2022 College Success Award.
