Tyler West has scored the first 10s of Strictly Come Dancing 2022 – just days after completing the London Marathon.
Radio DJ West ran 26.2 miles the morning after last week’s live Strictly episode, finishing in a time of 5 hours 25 minutes and raising money for charity UK Youth.

But on top of training for both the marathon and the show, he then had the tough task ahead of him of learning an energetic Charleston from scratch while recovering from the gruelling race.
Tired legs did not hold West back from a series of kicks and leaps though, as he and partner Dianne Buswell became the first couple of the series to be awarded top marks by a judge this series.
