A series of winter storms left communities in Southern California buried under several feet of snow. WCK first reached the mountains in San Bernardino County with sandwiches and water and later established a farmers market-style distribution site where families could grab a nourishing, warm meal along with bags of fresh produce to cook at home. In total, we distributed more than 25,000 lbs of produce and 1,600 meals.
