1. Friendly People : I know not everyone will agree but in my experience, I have found people in Miami to be friendly.

2. Beautiful Beaches : Miami is home to some of the best beaches in the world! Some of these beaches are: South Beach, North Beach Oceanside Park, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, Virginia Key Beach and Surfside to name a few.

3. Amazing Food Scene: Miami is home to a food scene that is rich in diverse cuisine and new and exciting restaurants popping up often. We have everything from waterfront restaurants to food trucks and walk-up window eateries.

4. Gorgeous Sunny Days : Needs no explanation 🙂

5. Art Basel : Art Basel is one of the many staples of Miami’s thriving art scene. Every December, renowned artists and collectors enjoy a week of events, exhibits and parties.

6. No Income Tax, Inheritance or Estate Tax: Floridians enjoy no income tax, inheritance tax or estate tax.

7. SOBEWFF: If you’re ever in South Beach the last weekend in February, you must check out the South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF)!

The South Beach Wine & Food Festival is one of the many annual festivals in Miami. It is a four-day star-studded event showcasing chefs, restaurants and many fun events!

8. Culture & Diversity : Miami has a diverse population with a strong Latin American and Caribbean influence. Miami is also home to several museums, festivals and theaters.

9. 800+ Parks: Miami has more than 800 parks and is the only city in the United States that is bordered by two separate National Parks – Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park.

10. Many Neighborhoods to Choose From: Depending on your taste, there are many unique neighborhoods to live in. Some of them are: Coconut Grove, Aventura, Miami Beach, Brickell, Doral, Kendall, Midtown, Coral Gables and so many more!
