We are looking for a Head of Fundraising for a dedicated charity that provides respite care for carers by caring for their loved ones across Surrey. Salary on offer up to £53K.

As the Head of Fundraising, you will report to the CEO and form part of the Senior Management Team. You will manage the organisations marketing, fundraising and business development strategy.

You will engage and lead the team to maximise fundraising opportunities and implement a refreshed growth strategy.

The Position: As the Head of Fundraising you will:

  • Increase levels of development income form donors
  • Increase the awareness of the organisation
  • Building a new and diverse donor and supporter base for the future
  • Develop and deliver the team strategy and operational plans in line with budget and investment
  • Ensure that relationships with community and event fundraisers, groups and volunteers
  • Actively grow the number of both new and returning supporters
  • Motivating, recognising, and rewarding fundraisers to encourage their long-term support
