She is a life long activist, founder and current executive director at Long Beach Community Table. In 2017, Kristen started a 501(c)3 nonprofit to nourish those who are struggling by distributing over 30,000+ lbs. of groceries and fresh produce, as well as clothing and toiletries, to more than 3,000 homeless individuals, low-income families, students, seniors, veterans, and homebound people with disabilities or medical conditions, all on on a free or nominal donation basis.
