ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — ABSS announced in a statement that several of their schools have experienced “significant leaks and water intrusion” due to the storm that swept through the Piedmont Triad on Tuesday.
Graham High School reportedly is experiencing the worst of the leaks in the district. One classroom reportedly has a large hole in the ceiling as a result of the water damage and buckled ceiling tiles.
Crews have removed water-damaged sheetrock in order to prevent more mold from growing, according to ABSS.

Eastern High School, B. Everett Jordan, Western Middle, and Western High are all dealing with leaks.
Haw River is set to get a new roof in February to address the leaks.
