TULSA, Okla. — Community Care College in Tulsa’s annual Angel Tree program gifted 116 kids this year for Christmas.
FOX23 spoke with Executive Assistant to the President at Community Care College Lacy Cross on Tuesday.
Cross said the Angel Tree program serves the children of active students at Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical college who are in need.
She said the students started applying for their Angel Tree program in July.
She said students have to maintain a GPA of 2.0 and have 70% attendance to qualify.
Cross said Community Care College is driven by a CARES culture, which stands for curtesy, accountability, respect, excellence, and success.
“That is what drives our faculty and staff to serve our community,” she said.
