Give to Lincoln Day is May 30th. It’s a day to make a donation to participating non-profit organizations and causes helping others in the Lincoln community.

“Give to Lincoln Day is a huge fundraising day, really month, for us,” says Alynn Sampson, Executive Director of Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach. “Last year, our funds were used to expand our operations. We built a new space in our area, which helps clients who are moving out our homelessness into their own place. We store clothing items, sheets, bedding, sometimes furniture in there, and so now we know that we need to fill that space. We need to keep it going for our clients.”
