COLUMBIA, S.C. — When you’re out and about this weekend, consider donating to Animal Mission to help Columbia area dogs and cats.
Animal Mission tries to keep spaying and neutering pets affordable through its voucher program. It also operates a free pet food and supply pantry for pet owners in need.
The pantry program is accepting donations of dry and canned pet food (for dogs and cats), towels, crates, cat litter and more from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 18 to 19, at the Big Red Truck parked at the corner of Heyward and Holly streets in the Rosewood neighborhood.
