Honoring Our Inner Multitudes

Today, Katie asks us to consider the feeling of connection we most want. She invited us to wonder where in us is most wanting connection. Katie suggests letting your breath come from the inside of you to meet your touch and to connect with yourself through your breath. Katie asks us to notice the multitudes of our insides and how many different sensations and thoughts we notice and then we let our attention go out, so we can presence the multitudes of what is going on around us.

World Central Kitchen held an interfaith Celebration of Life to honor our heroes killed in Gaza. The memorial service was held at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 25.
