Hope for Warriors Memorial Day wellness challenge 2024 [Video]

Registration is now open for the Hope For The Warriors’ annual Memorial Day 30×30 Wellness Challenge.

Presented by Owens & Minor, the free challenge will kick off May 1 and run through May 30.

The virtual wellness challenge focuses on an individual’s physical and emotional well-being while honoring and remembering those who paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving.

The challenge is designed to get people moving by incorporating any type of physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes for 30 days in a row to show their commitment and support to the military community.

Any activity counts, such as walking, running, hiking, swimming, lifting and dancing.

Participants are encouraged to register for the free 30-day fitness challenge at hopeforthewarriors.org as an individual or a team.

Participants can log their daily activity through the website to maintain a cumulative total for the challenge.

Fundraising incentive prizes for individuals begin at $100 and continue at $250, $500 and …
