Villa Rena is a luxurious 4 bedroom property with private swimming pool and is located a short walk away from Nissi Avenue in Ayia Napa.It has an open plan living, dining, kitchen area with free wifi and air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and boasts spectacular views of the sea in the distance from the balcony, the perfect place to watch the sun rise with a morning coffee. There are a further 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 double with a single bed and 2 x twin bedrooms which share access to the family bathroom.The villa is full gated with an additional swimming pool fence/gate which is perfect for families with younger children. Sun worshipers can bask in the sun on one of the sun loungers provided, then when the heat gets too much, jump into the large crystal clear waters of the swimming pool and cool off ready for the next round of sun-bathing! Breathe in the smell of the fragrant trees whilst enjoying the tranquillity and relaxation of this wonderful property. There is a Cypriot BBQ and outside dining area for an Al Fresco meal, where you can watch the sun go down with a cold glass of Cypriot wine.It is the perfect setting for larger families, friends holidaying together or wedding parties as the villa is located near to all the wedding venue hotels. Nissi Avenue takes you to a variety of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a place to visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family. The world famous Nissi Bay Beach is a few minutes walk away and has been awarded a blue flag, as have many of the beaches in the Ayia Napa area.
