Independence from Hunger car wash collects donations for Paradise food pantries | News [Video]

PARADISE, Calif. – The Carwash Fundraiser for Independence from Hunger was held at the Grocery Outlet in Paradise on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The store, located at 6800 Skyway, provided a free car wash for any driver that pulled around the back of the store.

Donations of any size were welcomed, and all proceeds from the fundraiser will go to Paradise Ridge food pantries.

The next Car Wash Fundraiser for Independence from Hunger will be on July 30 at the same location at 11 a.m.

World Central Kitchen held an interfaith Celebration of Life to honor our heroes killed in Gaza. The memorial service was held at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 25.
