I am honored to share my interview with member Shiv Shukla, Founder & President of NeuraLace Medical. We discussed his business and personal development journey as well as his highs, lows, and top lessons learned as an entrepreneur. This interview is powerful and I know you will all find value in it. A few of my favorite quotes from Shiv during from the interview are:

– “When you have clarity it makes life a lot more fun because you have measurable progress. If you do not know at the end of the week if you were successful, how do you feel happy about your work?”

– “Burnout happens not when you do too much of one thing, it happens when we stop doing the other things that you love.”

– “Business is all over the place all the time, but the relationships that I have formed are the backbone of my happiness. I can always fall back on them.”

At our Wisdom Share & Forum Experience this Thursday, we will be hosting a Q&A with Shiv in relation to this interview. I encourage you all to come with questions. Please note the time stamps if you are looking for a certain topic!
