In just a few days people have donated more than $6 million to Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin’s online fundraiser for his Toy Drive.
Some of that support is coming from the Miami Valley.
The “Buffalo Bills Backers of Dayton” is a collection of Bills fans who live in the area.
Every weekend during the NFL season they meet at Bennett’s in Miamisburg to watch the games.
Sunday when the Bills take on the Patriots the group will not only be tuning in but also collecting donations for Hamlin’s charity.
The group will collect the donations at Bennett’s and contribute them to Hamlin’s charity on behalf of the Buffalo Bills Backers of Dayton.
