One grant would help pay for improvements on a 3.35-mile stretch of Holmes; the other would help fund a study for improvements on an 8.85-mile stretch of Governors.

The University of Findlay scholarship will speed up the process and financially assist anyone interested in becoming an educator during the nationwide shortage.
