Peppy Periwinkle is ready to be your cheerleader! Confident and social, Periwinkle is excited to say hello to everyone in the room. In fact, she’ll even choose meeting new people over treats! But don’t worry about her goofy energy. Periwinkle understands boundaries and is gentle with introductions. Just be careful of her tail when you pet her. It’s wagging a thousand miles per hour!

This is Periwinkle’s second time appearing on Iowa Live. She was adopted in December, but, despite Periwinkle’s attempts to be a good girl, things didn’t go as planned in her new home.
