ROCHESTER, Minn.-Cascade Creek, a memory care community, did some charitable work Tuesday. The residents there wanted to help out kids who don’t usually get Christmas gifts. So, they recently packed over 50 shoeboxes with toys and school supplies. They made some of the toys and were able to get the others from donation drives they held earlier this year. On Tuesday morning, the residents helped load the boxes onto a bus that led them to Rochester’s Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church. Once there, they unloaded the boxes and dropped them off inside of the church.
