The Guild Secretary was a last minute NPC that was purely meant to give the players a hard time. She follows the rules and guidelines of the guild and is a stickler that everyone follows them as well. The Guild Secretary appeared in @AdventureCheck the Darkening of Mirkwood campaign.
I have removed subtitles for when the other players speak so that it is obvious when I’m the one speaking as the secretary.
