The fundraising marathon was initiated to raise funds for the OFFICIAL SUMMER WELLS REWARD FUND. Various YouTubers asked viewers to donate to the marathon by way of purchasing merchandise with Summer Wells image and without consent from her parents. Marathon organizers asked for cash donations throughout the Marathon.The problem is not the cause, The Summer Wells Reward Fund, the problem is the means used to achieve the end result.Viewers, who are members of the public were asked to donate to cash via a number of payment gateways that would ultimately lead to all the donations being directed to the personal bank account of YouTube creator. Q Carlock.Questions have been raised by various Youtube creators as to the amount of money raised, which is alleged by Q Carlock to be in excess of $32,000. Q Carlock, to date, has failed to provide full transparency in relation to the actual total raised from ALL payment gateways. This has now become a point of contention and fractions have been formed amongst creators on the basis of who they like or dislike and less so on the facts surrounding the lack of transparency, unethical conduct throughout the Marathon, and thereafter. Q Carlock refuses to acknowledge any impropriety in relation to all aspects of the Fundraiser. Fundraising on behalf of a Charitable Organisation, in this case, the Churchill Search and Rescue Squad and the final benefactors should the reward fund remain unclaimed by June 2022, is a regulated activity, the Marathon did not comply with any regulations as set out by Federal and State legislation relating to the solicitation of money on behalf of a Charitable organization.Subsequent to writing a letter to Church Hill Rescue Squad on 9th June 2022, court proceedings will now decide the fate of the Summer Wells Reward Fund.Having being named as a defendant to the Court proceedings, I will be stating to the Court, the reason the Youtube Marathon Fundraiser was totally illegal and I will be requesting the court demand full transparency as to the full and proper amount of donations received into Q Carlock’s personal bank account.Summer Wells case: Search for missing 5-year-old Tennessee girl. The circumstances of Summer’s disappearance from her home in Hawkins County Rogersville, Tennessee are still unclear.Her parents, Summer Wells’s mother, Candus Bly (Candus Bly Wells), and Summer Wells father Donald Wells say they suspect their daughter had been lured outside the house or from the basement inside the home and abducted. Her mother, Candus Bly, said she had left Summer with her two brothers who were watching TV in the kitchen, and when she returned two minutes later her daughter was gone. A state-wide Amber Alert for Summer was issued the day after her family reported her missing, the extensive search for Summer continued for 13 days. Almost five months on and there is still no progress in the Police investigation to recover Summer Wells. Still missing from Rogersville, Tennessee since June 15th, 2021. Hawkins County has confirmed that everybody is still a person of interest in the disappearance of Summer Wells,.’ Everybody’ is what it says on the tin.To date, there have been no updates on the Summer Wells Case from Law Enforcement. Suspicion still looms over Candus, Don, and Grandus ( Candus Harer) or “Candy”. Don, Candus, and Grandus still remain persons of interest along with everybody else. Sheriff Ronnie Lawson, Hawkins County Sheriffs Office is leading the investigation along with the TBI and has remained tight-lipped regarding any information they may have.
