British wildlife photographer and conservationist Paul Goldstein will run the Everest Marathon on May 29, 2022, in a tiger suit to raise money for the vulnerable animals. He’s currently on a 10-day trek through Nepal to arrive at the marathon’s location, which will reportedly be his final run. This is considered one of the highest and toughest races in the world, with the starting point at 17,598 feet above sea level.
Goldstein has already run 19 charity marathons in the same suit. He’ll be raising funds for the Worth More Alive charity for the protection and conservation of endangered Bengal tigers.
