WELL, RIGHT NOW, THE MARINE CORPS LEAGUE OF WINSTON-SALEM AND VOLUNTEERS ARE WORKING NONSTOP HERE, GATHERED TOY DONATIONS, ORGANIZING THEM AND PACKING THEM UP, ALL TO DELIVER TO KIDS. THEY ARE LOW RIGHT NOW AS FAR AS DONATIONS GO, COMPARED TO LAST YEAR. LAST YEAR, THEY COLLECTED 75,000 TOYS TO DISTRIBUTE TO OVER 35,000 CHILDREN IN FORSYTH COUNTY. World Central Kitchen held an interfaith Celebration of Life to honor our heroes killed in Gaza. The memorial service was held at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 25.
