Vikings players, coaches to sport custom cleats for community [Video]

More than four dozen players and coaches will wear their one of a kind cleats, each pair supporting a cause that is near and dear to their hearts.

EAGAN, Minn. — In most sports, success comes with an emphasis more on team than individual. 

The Minnesota Vikings will play together as a unit this Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders, but the effort will also feature some individual statements that are hard to miss. 

More than four dozen players and coaches will sport custom-designed shoes as part of the NFL’s “My Cause My Cleats” campaign, which supports causes and charitable organizations they are passionate about. 

On Wednesday, the Vikings released a gallery of the colorful and charismatic kicks the team will lace up for Sunday’s game. They range from Justin Jefferson’s tribute to the Northside Achievement Zoneto Christian Darisaw’s red and yellow shoutout for The Ronald McDonald House and Brian O’Neil’s high-topped, purple shout-out to the Autism …

World Central Kitchen held an interfaith Celebration of Life to honor our heroes killed in Gaza. The memorial service was held at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC on Thursday, April 25.
