YMCA of the Coastal Bend hosts ‘Zumbathon’ to raise funds [Video]

CEO Gwen Ruppert said there was something for everyone at Sunday’s event – from Zumbathon all the way to Santa’s workshop.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Mexico City — The YMCA made good on its mission to keep the Coastal Bend active this Sunday as Zumbathon made its return to the gymnasium. The organization whipped up some moves and grooves for the whole family in an effort to benefit its supporters over the weekend. Zumba instructors from all over the area took turns leading the fundraising event and showcasing their unique Zumba styles.

CEO Gwen Ruppert said the fun and energy could be felt throughout the facility, and that she was thrilled to bring back the event that gets people of all ages moving.
