MONTICELLO, Ill. (WCIA) — Allerton Park is hosting a special event to make local residents’ Valentine’s Day brighter.
The park will be hosting a romantic Valentine’s Glow walk through the Formal Gardens and woodlands. The one-mile stroll is on Friday from 6 p.m. to 9. p.m.
Officials suggest a $10/car donation, which can be made at donation boxes in the park or on their website.

Allerton Park and Retreat Center begins work on first accessible trail
La Paloma‘s food truck will be on site, weather permitting. A cash bar will also be available. The event will also feature a campfire.
