Build Up Barton Charity Benefit [Video]

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Going once, going twice, SOLD!

The Barton Academy PTO is hosting their 2nd Annual Build Up Barton charity benefit on Thursday, March 21st from 6-9pm at Innovation Portal, to support Mobile’s oldest public school, Barton Academy for Advanced World Studies.

Attendees will enjoy a lovely evening of food, adult beverages, games as well as live and silent auctions. This event aspires to provide an opportunity for the Mobile community to celebrate and contribute to the school’s world-class education.

Proceeds will be used to provide additional growth opportunities and learning experiences that enhance the educational and extracurricular lives of our students and teachers. The past year’s initiatives included offering the PSAT to all 8th and 9th grade students, supporting coaching efforts for multiple sports, and providing upgrades to outdoor activity spaces.
