4. AIMS OBJECTS AND PURPOSES OF THE TRUST

The Trust has been created for charitable purposes. These include without limitation the promotion and well-being of society, community welfare or development, and any other object of general public utility, without any discrimination to cast, creed, religion, or gender, promotion advancement of education, provision of healthcare and medical facilities which encompass establishing, maintaining, running, operating, managing, administering, and supporting of educational institutions, schools, colleges, medical clinics, mental health, surgical and non-surgical hospitals, sanatoriums, medical camps, medical schools and colleges, library and reading rooms, research institutions, laboratories, hospices, and retirement homes for the benefit of humanity at large without any distinction of cast, creed, race gender or religion. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Trustees may apply the Trust Fund or any part thereof in or towards any one or more of the following objects in such proportion and in such manner in all respects as the Trustees may in their discretion deem fit:

4.1 To aid, assist, provide and offer comprehensive treatment (surgical and non-surgical), rehabilitation, and medical care to all persons suffering from, but not limited to, all kinds of ailments, plague, infections, disabilities, disorders, deficiencies, and traumas.

4.2 To promote awareness on a national level and to educate the general public to adopt ways and means for the prevention of all kinds of ailments, plagues, infections, disabilities, disorders, deficiencies, and traumas.

4.3 To aid, assist, set up, maintain, run, operate and administer the Trust and other institutions that may be established or acquired by the Trust or whose management may be delegated or entrusted to the Trust in the future in such manner as may be deemed fit.

4.4 To establish, promote, encourage and contribute to the development of independent entities engaged in the treatment of trauma and matters ancillary thereto.

4.5 To aid, assist, establish, organize, administer, maintain, support, sponsor, and run institutions such as hospitals (surgical and non-surgical), nursing homes, laboratories, places of medical aid, health units, health camps, clinics, maternity homes, convalescent homes, hospices, retirement homes, family planning centers, childcare centers, X-ray clinics, radio therapy centers, pathological and clinical laboratories, blood banks, eye banks, sanatorium or other centers connected with the care of the human body.

4.6 To take care of infants and elders.

4.7 To aid and assist convalescents persons and provide for their transport and accommodation among other things.

4.8 To promote, advance, and assist learning and education by establishing, maintaining, owning, administering, promoting, and subsidizing educational institutions, vocational institutions, computer literacy centers, schools, colleges, institutions for study and research, centers of learning, reading rooms, hostels, boarding houses, and other institutions for basic education, adult literacy, advanced studies, and any other level or type of education.

The aims, objects, and purposes set forth in any sub-clause of this Clause shall not, except where the context so requires, be in any way limited or restricted by reference to or inference from the terms of any other sub-clause, or by the name of the Trust. None of such sub-clause or the objects therein specified shall be deemed subsidiary or merely auxiliary to the objects mentioned in other sub-clauses of this Clause. Provided that at no time shall any part of the Trust Fund or the Trust Income or the Assets be used or applied directly or indirectly for personal gains of any particular person or group of persons or by way of payment of dividend, bonus or profit for the benefit of any person, including but not limited to the Settlor, Trustees or their relatives or any person who makes a substantial contribution to the Trust Fund. The Trust shall not be involved in propagating the views of a particular political party or a religious sect. It is hereby declared and provided that the money, property, or income of the Trust or any part thereof shall be solely and exclusively utilized for achieving and promoting the aforestated charitable objects of the Trust.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Trustees may apply the Trust Fund or any part thereof in or towards any one or more of the aforementioned objects in such proportion and in such manner in all respects, as the Trustees may in their discretion deem fit and proper.
