Every year Bali is ranked as one of the best travel destinations in the world by countless websites, review portals, and travel magazines – and for very good reasons. The beautiful, exotic island of Nusa Penida has located 25 km from Indonesia. most famous tourist destination, Bali. Nusa Penida District of Klungkung Regency, which includes the neighboring small island of Nusa Lembongan and twelve even smaller islands. Badung Strait separates the island and Bali. The interior of Nusa Penida is mountainous with a maximum height of 524 meters. It is drier than the nearby island of Bali. It is one of the main tourist attractions among the three islands of Noosa.Broken Beach is Another incredible place, a little cove on the island of Nusa Penida. The uniqueness of the cove and the reason it is called Broken Beach is because of the archway around the cove that allows water to flow in and out of the ocean.Over 500 reef-building coral species can be found in this area alone. For comparison, this is about seven times that of the Caribbean as a whole. Bali is home to the Subak Irrigation System, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Bali templeAlthough Bali is known for its surf, sand, and sunshine, it is a culture deeply rooted in spirituality. Daily worship has been a part of local life for thousands of years and this can be seen in the Hindu puras (temples) found throughout the island. No trip to Bali would be complete without a visit to these ancient spiritual sites, some of which are over 1000 years old. However, with so many temples spread across the island, there are plenty of temples worth popping into your itinerary.Bali mountain Mount Agung is the highest point of Bali. Bali’s central mountains include several peaks over 2,000 meters in elevation Bali’s volcanic nature has contributed to its exceptional fertility and its tall mountain ranges provide the high rainfall that supports the highly productive agriculture sector. South of the mountains is a broad, steadily descending area where most of Bali’s large rice crop is grown. The northern side of the mountains slopes more steeply to the sea and is the main coffee-producing area of the island, along with rice, vegetables, and cattle. The west monsoon is in place from approximately October to April, and this can bring significant rain, particularly from December to March. During the rainy season, there are comparatively fewer tourists seen in Bali. Bali Monkeys in Uluwatu”monkey forest” temples, such as the popular one in the Ubud area. They are also quite often kept as pets by locals. The second monkey, endemic to Java and some surrounding islands such as Bali, is far rarer and more elusive and is the Javan langur, locally known as “lutung”. They occur in a few places apart from the West Bali National Park. Bali Best BeachKuta is a tourist area, administratively an urban village, and the capital of Kuta District in Badung Regency, South Bali, Indonesia. It remains a major tourist destination in Indonesia as a beach resort. It is internationally known for its long sandy beaches, variety of accommodations, many restaurants and bars, and many famous surfers from Australia. DIAMOND BEACH NUSA PENIDA (FULL TOUR) [Video]

In this BALI VLOG we explore NUSA PENIDA’s DIAMOND BEACH. This TRAVEL GUIDE will show you exactly what NUSA PENIDA ISLAND is like, along with what you can expect when visiting DIAMOND BEACH & ATUH BEACH. This NUSA PENIDA VLOG is about the SOUTH EAST side of the island. Whether you are planning a DAY TRIP to NUSA PENIDA, or staying a few nights, this TRAVEL VLOG will give you an insight into the THINGS TO DO ON NUSA PENIDA ISLAND. ————————-Chapters 0:00 – Intro 0:19 – Travelling from Bali to Nusa Penida0:40 – Travelling to homestay on Nusa Penida0:58 – Homestay at Nusa Penida1:24 – Rumah Pohon Tree House2:09 – Sunrise Diamond Beach3:09 – Breakfast Nusa Penida4:07 – Diamond Beach Nusa Penida full tour6:06 – Atuh Beach Nusa Penida full tour————————-Nusa Penida island to me is an adventure playground. From breathtaking views to surreal landscapes. When visiting this island you will be blown away by its beauty immediately. Nusa Penida has a few famous beaches such as Kelingking Beach, Crystal Bay, Broken Beach, and Manta Point. This island is a great place to explore when visiting Bali. GETTING TO NUSA PENIDA ISLANDTravelling to Nusa Penida is very easy with various boat companies offering fast boats from different ports on Bali island. The easiest and most common port to depart from is SANUR BEACH. This is close to all the touristy locations in Bali such as Canggu, Seminyak, and Kuta. The boat trip from Sanur to Penida island will take around 40 Minutes.A boat ticket across to Nusa Penida will cost around 7$ -15$ depending on which company you use. For a faster and cheaper route I recommend travelling up the west coast of Bali to a port called Kusambe. Here you can use a boat company I recommend called GANGGA EXPRESS. A ticket here will be cheaper and is only 7$ for a one way journey. The time to cross from Bali to Penida is only 15 minutes when using this port. Using Kusambe port instead of Sanur will also help those who suffer from sea sickness. As the crossing between Sanur and Nusa Penida can have big waves. Where as the crossing from Kusambe to Penida is a lot more flat and protected from the swell. EXPLORING NUSA PENIDA ISLANDOnce on Nusa Penida Island you will need a mode of Transport. I suggest renting a scooter from a local when you arrive at your port on Nusa Penida. Scooters will cost around 7-10$ per day to rent. You also have the option to get a private tour guide to show you around in a AC car. Using a scooter gives you freedom to explore at your own time and freedom. GETTING TO DIAMOND BEACH & ATUH BEACH These beaches are located in the South East side. It will take you around 1 hour from Sampalan harbor, and around 1 hour 30 minutes from Toya Pakeh port. There is a small entrance fee to the beach that you need to pay when arriving. I recommend going for sunrise as these beaches have great views for sunrise. The stairs down to both beaches will take you around 10-15 minutes. Do be careful as the stairs are steep and can be dangerous. Try visiting Diamond Beach during low tide as then you will have the ability to go onto the beach. When the tide is high there is no beach. Bring cash with you as there are no atm’s in this area, and not all restaurants offer card machine. If you want to get the famous Instagram photo at Diamond Beach then it will cost 200k Rupiah, 15$. You will need cash for this. Atuh Beach offers some warungs for eating at where as Diamond beach does not. Atuh beach is perfect for relaxing at and spending some time on. ACCOMODATION ON NUSA PENIDA There are variety of Homestays and bungalows in this area. We stayed at a local favourite called Sun Colada. This homestay is only 5 minutes to Diamond beach. It offers all you need from wifi, to AC and hot water. The rooms are comfortable and the owner Gede is very friendly. ————————-Instagram Links https://www.instagram.com/travspringerhttps://www.instagram.com/cj.cinema Email us for collaborations and bookings travspring@gmail.com ————————-Thank you for watching 🙂 I showcase unique places and off-grid travel destinations.
