A Los Angeles church built in 1981 has been destroyed by a massive blaze early Sunday morning.
The second-alarm fire engulfed the Victory Outreach Church in Pomona, just outside of Pasadena around 2.45am, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Dozens of firefighters worked to fight the inferno that spanned across the 12,000 square-foot building.
The Rev. Robert Garcia rushed to the scene and was told by fire officials that they believe the church will be a ‘total loss.’
No injuries were reported and the flames was contained by 7am. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
